Cueline1. Your licence
Cueline is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Your right to install and use Cueline is granted under the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms shown in the Store when you get the app, together with these terms. A purchase lets you use Cueline on Windows devices signed in to the Microsoft Store with the Microsoft account that bought it, as the Store allows. The free trial lets you use the full app for the trial period shown in the Store.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Cueline for personal and commercial work, such as videos, classes, meetings, broadcasts and events. You may not copy, share, resell, or remove the licence check from the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
3. Your content
Your scripts belong to you. Cueline stores them only on your PC (and on devices on your local network, if you turn on Remote or Director). You're responsible for the content you prompt and for having the rights to use it.
4. Third-party services
Voice tracking uses a speech service you choose: the speech recognition built into Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, Windows speech recognition, or an offline engine. Online speech services are provided by Google or Microsoft under their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability, accuracy and supported languages are outside our control. 5. No warranty
Cueline is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee that speech recognition will be accurate for every voice, accent, language or environment, or that the app will be error-free. Always rehearse before an important live event.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Cueline is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed line during a live event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
7. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Microsoft. Refunds are handled under the Microsoft Store refund policy; see Help › Purchase & licence.
8. Changes and updates
We may update Cueline and these terms. Updates arrive through the Microsoft Store. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
